STORE CLOSED ALL DAY
Store Closed - New Point of Sale System Install
We are installing a new point of sale system, in order to do this, we need to close the store for the day. We will be back up and running on September 23rd, but there may be a few delays as we get used to the new program. Please bear with us as we navigate a new system. We hope the change will be barely noticeable to you, but it will make things run much more smoothly and faster moving forward!

Have you ever wanted to learn needle felting but weren't sure where to start? This project is a great option! This needle felting project is two-dimensional instead of three-dimensional which makes it extra suitable for beginners or experienced needle felters. Join us for this event for a cozy Sunday afternoon of crafting. The project will be led by local fiber artist Shawna Sample-Garcia and your ticket includes instruction, all materials, and access to special deals on the day of the event! Check out the Eventbrite link for all details, FAQ's and more!

Saturday, January 24th: Trollbeads Last Hurrah: Sell-off Event
This event will be a great chance to stock up on beads, including many retired designs and lots of "unique" style beads and get a great deal (20-60% off all Trollbeads). While we have loved these beads for years, their recent launch on Amazon has led to a drop in sales for us, and unfortunately, we just don't have the space to dedicate to them anymore. This event will be run by appointment in 30-minute blocks (during our normal 10:30am-5pm hours) and will allow 1-2 people at a time to keep things easy to browse and see everything! We will have some refreshments available while you look. To have an accurate head count, we will be selling tickets for $25. This fee will save your spot and allow you to redeem either a free unique bead or a $25 credit toward your purchase. Ticket details will be sent to our Trollbeads email list today at 3:30pm and posted on social media today at 4:00pm. If you would like more information, or would like to schedule an appointment, please visit our social media pages!
Saturday, January 24th: Winter Fest! Intown Concord is hosting the 8th annual Winter Fest downtown
While we aren't going to be the ones participating in the hockey game or ice carving competitions, we will plan a few special treats in the shop for you during the festival! In addition, there will be food trucks downtown, ice sculptures to view, and more! If you need a break from the cold or need to get some new warm jackets or hats, pop in to see us! Check out the details on the Intown Concord website for more info: 2026 Concord NH Winter Fest - Intown Concord

Alpine Countries Trip - Info Night!
The general information for this trip has not changed, but the official info night will be Monday, September 8th, at 6pm!
For those who are new (or those who need a refresher) here's the deal! We are making plans to set out on a new European adventure; Viking House has partnered with Collette Tours and Kathi Russ of Epic Tours (right here in Concord) to create the trip of a lifetime!
This time we will be taking a 12-day trip to Switzerland, Germany, and Austria! Click HERE to find the brochure with more information about the trip, pricing, itinerary, etc. but most importantly we will be hosting an info night (with video presentation) about the trip on Monday, September 8th, at 6pm at Viking House and we would love to see you there. The representative from Collette will be here to answer questions and give more details about the trip!
If you plan to attend, please RSVP by sending an email with the subject line "TAKE ME WITH YOU" to store@vikinghouse.com or you may call the shop at 603-228-1198 and speak to a staff member. RSVP'ing is not required in order to attend but is very helpful so we can adequately plan refreshments and seating! Looking forward to seeing you!
You are under no obligation to sign up for the trip by attending...it's just an info night!
